2026 PIL Contract

This version of the 2026 Dudes PIL Contract includes a facility membership at NBP in Kirkland for the months of June and July

Please follow the steps below prior to submitting your team fee:

1. PLAYER INFORMATION AND CODE OF CONDUCT FORM: Fill out the required fields and check the boxes indicating consent to the Dudes Baseball Player Code of Conduct, the medical release acknowledgement, fill out the signatures in each Player Signature, Parent/Guardian signature box and then press the blue “Submit Player Contract” button.

2. TEAM FEE: Select your payment schedule from the dropdown at the bottom of the page and click the Purple “Sign up now” to add the item to your cart.

3. FINISH CHECKOUT: Click on “View Cart” after the item has been added to be redirected to the website checkout page. Submit your team fee deposit through the payment methods provided to secure your roster spot.
