Two Pitchers Work Together As Redmond Dudes 14U Defeats FM Sports 14U In Shut-Out

Redmond Dudes 14U defeated FM Sports 14U 5-0 on Sunday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Braden DePaola struck out Loic Landskov to finish off the game.

Redmond Dudes 14U opened up scoring in the first inning. DePaola doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Redmond Dudes 14U tallied three runs in the second inning. The big inning was thanks to a single by Tyler Eisenhut and an error on a ball put in play by Marko Subotic.

One bright spot for FM Sports 14U was a single by John Braukus in the fourth inning.

DePaola was on the pitcher’s mound for Redmond Dudes 14U. He went two and two-thirds innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out four and walking zero.

Ben Fettig led things off on the pitcher’s mound for FM Sports 14U. He lasted three innings, allowing three hits and four runs while striking out three. Calvin Kehrli threw four innings out of the bullpen.

DePaola led Redmond Dudes 14U with two hits in four at bats. Redmond Dudes 14U was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Kai Perala had the most chances in the field with eight.
